Section 1 - Generic data and trackers
We collect data to see how users (you) use our website so that we can offer the best experience possible. Data listed below is a general overview of our site traffic and is not linked directly to you.
Pages users visit: We use this data to see where users are going on our website so that we can improve the user experience per page.
Source of sessions: We track where users access our website from, such as Google.com, etc.
Time spent on our website: We track how long on average users spend time on our website to see how we can improve the user experiance.
Where users click on our website: We track where users click on our website, this allows us to see where users interact most on our website so that we can improve the experience for all users.
Section 2 - Data we collect non specific to you
Data listed below is collected by WIX and is used by StudioSile to better the user experience. This data, while collected from you is not tied to any of your information and is rather a generic overview of data which we can not see who this data came from.
Location: WIX collects location data which we use to improve the users experience by country and county. We also use this data for projects and events which we host.
Device Type: We use your device type (Desktop, Mobile Phone) to better the user experience while using our website.
Section 3 - Personal information
StudioSile will only collect personal information that the user (you) themselves enters within the website such as email address, first name and last name while using our contact form and the users email address while using our email subscription service.
Contact Form
Data we collect through our contact form is only used to contact the user (you) which we only require you include your first name, other personal information is optional and stays within our website host (WIX) and our email service provider. Personal information is stored for three (3) months and will be deleted there after unless requested by you. You can request for this information to be deleted sooner or stored longer by contacting contact@studiosile.co.uk and referencing your case number which will be listed at the bottom of all emails sent by us.
Email Subscription
StudioSile uses Wix's built in email service to send marketing emails to users who have subscribed. Users are free to unsubscribe from our email service by clicking the "unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of each email sent through the service and/or by contacting contact@studiosile.co.uk and referencing your intent to unsubscribe from our email subscription.
StudioSile will NEVER sell your data and personal information.
